Talking to yourself is crazy. I know, intellectually speaking, that your voice sounds lower and more resonant to yourself due to bone vibrations, but HEARING the difference is a shock.

Probably. Especially around family. We're all really annoying about saying one thing with our mouths and something completely different with our expressions and bodies.

I'm so glad I didn't know about that when you were actually doing it. I'd have felt the need to lecture you about the dangers of doing so and absolutely ignoring the number of times I sneaked out of the manor.

Thank you. Given the time, it might be prudent to wait until morning before springing more on the kid. I know the look of "Tim who has been up too many hours with only coffee and micronaps". Also, I need to figure out how I'm going to sort my apartment for another person here.

An appropriately timed schedule of micronaps is a more than adequate replacement for a full night's sleep. It's been studied.
