Honestly, just bring something that you'd like to drink if you want something alcoholic? We have a caterer that we've used for parties at Descendant a few times and I've got them doing food for the housewarming. But the drinks are mostly going to be soft drinks because most of us will be going out on patrol later in the night.

I'm not so much one with the alcohol anymore? I mean, once in awhile, sure, but I'd like to avoid getting the "Easy Bette" name that's, umm, haunted me for awhile, you know?

Speaking of the patrol thing...would it be okay if I tagged along? Or is that, like, overstepping my bounds?

Yeah, I'm not much of a drinker, either. I don't think most of the people who are going to be living in the Belfry are, so no real reason to keep the alcohol around. Not to mention a few members of the family being under age.

I can't see why not. You can tag along with me, if you want, or one of the others. It's one way to get the layout of the area.

Also - and this probably doesn't matter much to anyone else - but alcohol's like AWFUL for your skin. You get all wrinklyI and dull way faster than you would otherwise, and no thanks?
