Do you really want me to go into the whole 'nature vs. nurture' discussion? About why three boys who were mostly raised by the same man might also have the same stubborn nature? Because I can do that. I have entire essays about that.

Honestly, I'm pretty sure that the three of us were stubborn to begin with. I know Stephanie is, and he didn't raise her. And Cass. Who he also hasn't raised, but did adopt into the family. So some of it is definitely nature. I think stubborn people just gravitate to him, too.

Which only makes it worse when nobody's willing to back down.
